My Account

You can always access to your personal information and modify it whenever you want.

Click on the menu located on the top right corner of your screen and click on “My account”.

Once there, you can access your personal information and modify whatever you want:

Image: Account images are very useful for when you have different team members inside the account, in order to recognize them. 

* Name 

* Surname 

* Email 

* Language (Currently English, Spanish and Portuguese)

Subdomain of the account: You can always change the subdomain of your account, but it's important to know that when you change your subdomain, every URL of your account will change. So if you have campaigns running, users won't be able to enter anymore.

Keep in mind that if the subdomain you choose has been already taken, you won’t be able to use it. Try and put your creativity to work and use a unique and memorable subdomain for your campaigns.

How to delete my account

To delete your account you have to open the menu by clicking on the top right button in your dashboard. Once here select "My account".

Inside this section, on the "Advanced options" that will appear on the right side of your screen (Or at the bottom if you are using a mobile device), you will se a button that says "Delete Account", once you click on it, a message will appear asking for a confirmation and with a text that says that all your information will be deleted if you delete your account.

Once you choose "Delete my account" all of the information related to your account will be deleted from Survey Kiwi.

Important: the account administrator will be identified by the email address of the account.
