Another section within statistics is “Respondents”.
Here, you’ll find the answers detailed by respondent, where you’ll be able to see not only what they answered for each question, but also, from which device they did it and the exact moment they answered.

If the answer isn't mandatory and the user decides to skip it, the answer will appear blank in this section as can be seen in the image.

This will allow you to track your users in a specific way, analyzing each one case by case to see what they responded and understand the reasons why some users evaluated positively and others negatively your brand, product or service, instead of grouping all the answers together.

You can also choose the period for which you want the information to be filtered by, making the analysis more personalized.
